Then go into file browser, downloads, t-modloader. Then right click with your mouse on the folder(it should be zipped ie: with a zipper on the folder). Once you've right click left click extract all and for the file destination just click on the destination for your mods folder. Then once you've done that go into your library (assuming you have terraria of course, if not then go into the store and buy it usually $10-$15) right click on terraria then left click on properties, and then left click on local files, then left click on browse files. Then go into your terraria mod loader folder( the extracted one) and left click and drag your mouse to highlight every file in the folder. Then right click and hit copy.
