Andrea Hannan-Dawkes, AuD, FAAAEducation and Training DivisionAndrea Hannan-Dawkes joined the Education and Training Division of Starkey Labs in November 2010. Her current responsibilities include assisting in the development of educational materials, leading training classes and assisting with course offerings available through Audiology Online. She earned her Master of Arts in Audiology from the University of Maryland at College Park and her Doctor of Audiology degree from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. Canadian Academy of AudiologyThe Canadian Academy of Audiology (CAA) supports and assists its members in the attainment of continuing education towards an individual professional development plan as required by their Provincial Regulatory Colleges and Provincial Associations.

Starkey Inspire Fitting Software
The Starkey Hearing Technologies Software Engineers have been thoroughly testing Inspire with Noah software, and PatientBase with the pre-release version of Windows 10. We have also tested it with NOAHlink, TruLink, SurfLink, and USB HiPro programming interfaces.The testing has gone very well, and we have not found many issues. The Team of Software Engineers will of course test again when the official Windows 10 release is available.
